These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the services provided by Bismillah Umrah Services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@bismillahumrahservices.com.
Refund policies vary based on the timing of the cancellation and the services booked. Any non-refundable fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.

3. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees depending on the changes requested.
Bismillah Umrah Services reserves the right to make changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations or hotel unavailability. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

4. Responsibilities and Liability

Bismillah Umrah Services acts as an agent between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes made by these third-party providers.
We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property during your Umrah journey. It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance for coverage during your trip.

5. Passport and Visa Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel and that you have obtained the necessary visas for Umrah.
Bismillah Umrah Services may assist in processing your Umrah visa, but the issuance of visas is at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.

6. Conduct and Behavior

You are expected to conduct yourself respectfully throughout your Umrah journey. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.

7. Force Majeure

Bismillah Umrah Services is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
